Our intent here at Backtrack Radio is to enjoy & share these old time radio programs and to inspire a new generation of listeners to keep them alive. Our goal is to play the best of these old shows to inspire and keep listeners interested in them.

Backtrack Radio is a NOT FOR PROFIT website. Use of this website is free.  We do not sell any advertising space and we do not solicit or accept donations of any kind. This website is run completely at our expense. The commercials you hear on this site are played for their historical value and to fill in time to keep the programming on schedule. Many of these companies are no longer in business. As for the ones that are, they did not solicit nor have they paid any money to Backtrack Radio to promote their products.

We would like to acknowledge the Old Time Radio Researchers group. This organization is largely responsible for preserving and cataloging most of the shows that can be found on various sites across the internet. Although Backtrack Radio does not accept donations, we do encourage those that are willing and able to donate to this group.
